Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration is an English language journal published by the Institute of Engineering Mechanics (IEM) of the China Seismological Bureau, in Harbin, China, in collaboration with MCEER, University at Buffalo, State University of New York, United States.  The primary objective of this journal is to promote scientific exchange between Chinese and international scientists by introducing pertinent results of research and practice in China to the international earthquake engineering community; and informing researchers and practitioners in China about recent international developments in earthquake engineering and engineering vibration.
