REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Full Conference Registration includes admission to all Technical Sessions, Poster Sessions, the Technology Show and Information Display, all Refreshment Breaks, two Conference Luncheons, the Conference Banquet and one Copy of the Conference Proceedings.

Full-time Student Registration includes admission to all Technical Sessions, Poster Sessions, the Technology Show and Information Display, all Refreshment Breaks, and one Copy of the Conference Proceedings. A photocopy of a current student ID card is required to register at the student rate.

Tours & other activities are also planned. Conference Luncheon and Banquet tickets for students and attending spouses may be purchased separately. See conference Registration Form for details.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registration will take place throughout the conference.  The registration desk hours are:

Sunday, April 28  5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Monday, April 29 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 30  7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 

EARLY-BIRD RECEPTION

An Early-Bird Reception will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28. Conference attendees are encouraged to arrive early, pick up their registration materials, and join in the reception.

 

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing to EWE ME and Company by Monday, April 1, in order to receive a refund. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations postmarked after April 1, 2002. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the conference at no extra charge, by notifying EWE ME and Company.
