Messages will be held for conference participants at the conference registration desk at the DoubleTree Hotel Columbia River Complex. The telephone number is 503-283-4466. Callers should ask for the Third National Seismic Conference registration desk.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Participants with special needs for accessibility, accommodations or meals should indicate so on their registration form.

SPEAKERS' PREPARATION ROOM

All participants, including speakers and moderators are required to register for the conference. A Speakers' Preparation Room will be available beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, through the duration of the conference. Check hotel signage for directions to the Speakers' Preparation Room.

A slide viewer and slide trays will be available for convenience. All speakers are encouraged to confirm any special audio-visual requirements prior to the conference, and to meet with their moderators prior to their sessions. Speakers should contact
