NATIONAL ENGINEERS WEEK February 22-28, 2004

National Engineers Week is celebrated annually to recognize the vast contributions made to society by the many disciplines of engineering. Hosts of activities are conducted across the country to raise public awareness of these significant achievements and to encourage students from all walks of life to explore their interests in engineering studies and professions. Co-chaired by The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE / IEEE-USA) and the Fluor Corporation, the year’s event focuses on the globalization of professional engineering. MCEER is one of many organizations who recognizes and participates in engineers week, to reach out to the potential next generation of engineers.
