REU Proceedings Available on CD
Proceedings from the 2007 REU Symposium, held in Seattle, Washington, in August 2007, are available from MCEER. This year’s student group was significantly larger than in previous years, totaling 42 undergraduate students from MAE, MCEER, NEES and PEER. Papers and presentations have been compiled on CD, and papers can be downloaded from the MCEER website.
Sixth Student Research Volume Available
The Student Research Accomplishments: 2006-2007 is the sixth in a series featuring the work of MCEER SLC students. The volume was edited by Seda Dogruel and Rodrigo Retamales, both from the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at the University at Buffalo (UB), and includes papers by Gian Paolo Cimellaro, UB; Seda Dogruel, UB; Shuichi Fujikura, UB; Cagdas Kafali, Cornell University; Michael Pollino, UB; and Bing Qu, UB.
