Resilience
MCEER’s resilience publications provide quantitative data on the extent to which various hazard mitigation measures result in improved resilience for infrastructure systems, hospitals, and communities. They provide organizations and communities with a suite of resilience-enhancing tools validated through test-beds and demonstration projects, such as lifeline services in Los Angeles and hospitals in both Los Angeles and New York State.
