The Standard parking structure is a seven story reinforce concrete frame with un-reinforced masonry infill. The masonry walls collapsed at several locations, including the first level (Figure 2) and the second level (Figure 3). There was no rebar present within the rubble of hollow core blocks. Standard Parking structure is located at the 100 block of S. Rampart St.
