Town of Walker Water Treatment Facility
13440 Florida Blvd., Walker, Louisiana

We visited the Town of Walker’s drinking water treatment facility in Livingston Parish.  The facility comprises about ten wells and above-ground chlorination.  It serves 14,088 people.  The facility was under a boil water order from 8/29/2005 to 9/10/2005.  The facility was unmanned during our visit. No pictures were taken as per warning signs.
