US Route 90 over Chef’s Pass
Orleans Parrish, Louisiana

The pier in the center of the Figure 1 is no longer plumb, which indicates the possibility of foundation failure. The pier on the left was repaired/reinforced after previous hurricanes, and was not as severely damaged this time.
