 Quake Summit 2011 Full Registration: $175 - Program at a Glance

Quake Summit 2011 begins at 4:30 pm on Thursday June 9 and closes at 1:00 pm on Saturday June 11. The event features presentations on the latest research on earthquake and multiple hazards engineering, together with plenary sessions on the recent New Zealand and Japan earthquakes, and insight into the history and future of earthquake engineering. NEEShub and NEES committee meetings for site personnel and researchers are an integral part of the program.

 Quake Summit 2011 Student Registration: $50

Quake Summit 2011 offers students a full day of activities on Thursday, June 9, 2011. The day begins with a Student Symposium from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Buses will transport students to the University at Buffalo for a tour and workshops on equipment operation and instrumentation at the Structural Engineering and Earthquake Simulation Laboratory (SEESL).


 ASCE/SEI 7-10 Continuing Education Seminar – ASCE Member Registration: $125 - Program Description

This six-hour continuing education seminar will review the changes to the Seismic Provisions of ASCE/SEI 7-10 through in-depth instruction from members of the ASCE 7 Seismic Committee and subject-specific technical committees. Participants will earn 6 PDH credits for attendance. Attendees are also invited to take part in Quake Summit 2011 on Friday and Saturday; seminar registration fees will be credited towards the Quake Summit registration fee of $175.

 ASCE/SEI 7-10 Continuing Education Seminar – Non-member Registration: $175

Non-ASCE members should choose this option to register for the seminar and Quake Summit 2011.
